How one conversation sparked a career wake-up call
Feeling stable, but increasingly uncertain about long-term viability in a tech-driven landscape - and the campaign that followed.
Senior Executive
Building a standout executive brand that opens doors
Positioning, narrative and presence - an executive brand deliberate enough to create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
Your situation is different - that’s the point
Every engagement starts by understanding yours.
Take the Free AssessmentWhy these are anonymous
Almost every engagement here is a confidential search run by someone still in their job. Naming a client, or describing a situation closely enough to identify them, would breach the discretion the whole practice depends on.
So identities are removed and the situations are not. Role level, sector and tenure are real. The circumstances and what changed are real. Nothing here is a composite.
What to look for in them
Not whether the person matches your title, but whether the problem matches yours. The useful signal is the shape of the situation: the leader who was stable but quietly stuck, the executive whose team dynamic was being set by one person, the transition that needed a decision rather than more information.
If one reads uncomfortably close to your own position, that is usually worth a conversation.
What a typical engagement looks like
It starts with a free assessment and a complimentary thirty-minute consultation, before anything is committed, so both sides can decide whether there is a fit.
From there the shape depends on the situation. Some need a full campaign, some need documents, some are already in final rounds and need interview and negotiation work alone.
About these case studies
Are these real clients?
Yes. Identities are removed and nothing else is. Role level, sector, tenure, the situation and the outcome are all real, and none are composites.
Why are there no names or logos?
Because most clients are running confidential searches while still employed. Publishing names would breach exactly the discretion they came here for.
Can I speak to a reference?
Sometimes, and it depends entirely on the client willingness. Ask during the consultation rather than assuming either way.
My situation is not like any of these.
That is common and not a problem. These are illustrations, not a menu. The consultation is where your actual situation gets looked at.
